Paradise Found, is a duplex home nestled into a quiet acre of lush manicured gardens with a large private (safety gated) pool. If guests are also renting opposite side of this duplex, they will also have access to the pool. This beautifully appointed renovated 3 bedroom home is just a few steps from the activity center; dive shop, pool, restaurant, bar, activity desk, and beach. It's a true island getaway! Beautifully designed, open and spacious, bright and inviting, with vaulted ceilings create an inviting relaxing vacation vibe. The kitchen is modern, granite and stainless-steel with a breakfast bar and dining area. The living room is comfortable and open, offers a flat screen tv's with satellite channels, fiber optic wi-fi, and glass patio doors leading to the pool area.
The king master bedroom is oversizes and very comfortable providing views of the pool and gardens, with a spacious ensuite bathroom huge walk-in closet and oversized walk-in shower. A second king bedroom is equally as comfortable, separated by a jack and jill bathroom to the third bedroom with double bed is perfect for kids, with a large desk and chair.
The whole home is central air conditioned, although the spaciousness of the bedrooms ceiling fans and ventilation provide a constant soothing breeze. The over-sized shaded deck is perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks are best pool-side.
The beach dock is shaded by a palapa with several hammocks. Relax to the sound of the quiet surf and nature that will rock you to
sleep. Siestas are a must! For the non-divers in your family, no problem, our activity desk provides daily activities you are welcometo join, while the divers in your family take full advantage of our pristine reefs. The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides 24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. It's also a great starting point to swim out to the reefs, or line fishing. The property is uniquely surrounded by a protected nature preservation and is home to many wild parrots, agouti, butterflies and more! There are many mature fruit bearing trees.
