Stephanie has lived on Roatan for more than 15 years. She loves sharing her personal experience and passion for travel and adventure with her guests, this is reflected in through her personal attention, comfort and care for each and every family and group they host. As well as happily welcome repeat guests year after year. Stephanie is an avid traveler and cruiser, visiting Roatan for the first time via cruise ship 17 years ago. She offers her formal education in business as well as her experience in International hospitality and tourism, and her own personal experiences in traveling, which makes your reservation process and stay, smooth, easy, and worry-free. Maritza - Guest Services
Maritza is a born and raised Roatanian, and has been a part of the Palmetto family for more than a decade. She is a wealth of information and is always ready to greet you with a smile and help you have the best vacation possible! As our guest relations manager she is the goodwill partner between you our guest(s) and our company. She is very well versed in our company’s products and services, and readily available to answer your questions and assist you with all your vacation needs. Her friendly approach and efficient service, will ensure you feel welcome, and attended to at all times during your stay.
Juby - Head Chef
Chef Juby has been a part of Palmetto for over a decade. Her specialty is island tipico cuisine, her handmade Italian pasta is perfectly executed, and greets everyone with a smile. Chef Juby, a native of Roatan, and developed a love for cooking as a child. Chef Juby believes in creating dishes with the best, organic and highest quality products. When asked what makes her food different, her answer is simply, “the love that I put in the food.”
