Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom. The living space include an open floor plan with a kitchen, mini breakfast bar, a dining table that seats 4 people, and a comfy lounge area. You will no doubt spend more time outside on the large covered porch. Enjoy a lovely east trade breeze that airs out and refreshes the bungalow. Only 40 yards from the Caribbean Sea, and a stone throw to the main activity building; beach-side shared pool, bar & restaurant, as well as the convenient onsite dive shop. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the surf and nature while soaking up the Caribbean sunshine from the pool or beach loungers.
The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides 24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. It's also a great starting point to
swim out to the reefs, or line fishing. The property is uniquely surrounded by a protected nature preservation and is home to many wild parrots, agouti, butterflies and more! There are many mature fruit bearing trees. They include; varieties of mango, papaya, coconut, cashew, banana, lime, pineapple, noni, almonds, soursop. Palmetto is just minutes from shopping, attractions and the signature Pete Dye golf course, Black Pearl.
